I came across another article regarding Dr. Dy Liacco's recommendation in taking raw food specially raw eggs, pork pancreas and beef pancreas, including the importance of salt and water. I had tried the raw pork pancreas in the past following his instruction on how to clean and freeze this. However its quite difficult to find a fresh one in my nearby market so I stuck to sometimes taking raw eggs with rock salt and I swear its healthy.
In the past, I was stuck with histamines for my allergies and asthma but for some years now, I learned that the best cure for this is actually something cheaper and natural, rock salt and tons of water! Check out the write up below:
